Waste Gas Treatment Works
Organic or acidic and alkaline gases generated in the laboratory have to be treated before being emitted into the atmosphere to avoid polluting the environment
- Organic waste gases are normally treated with the activated carbon filtering method, which can filter the odors and particles in the air.
- Inorganic waste gases are normally treated by a washing method. Acidic and alkaline gases are mixed with water, and the wastewater is then neutralized with acid and alkaline agents before discharging.
